摘　　要：带钢热连轧机精轧机组活套的综合控制是带钢精轧机组能否正常运转的关键,同时也是保证带钢厚度和宽度质量控制能否稳定的前提。给出了典型的电动活套综合控制的核心思想,重点阐述活套控制过程中的软接触控制、落套无甩尾控制和恒张力控制的实现方法,该综合控制思想已在某中宽带轧机上成功应用。Looper integrated control is the key to successful operations in the hot strip finishing mill, simultaneously ensure the quality of strip thickness and width. This paper gives the core idea of looper integrated control. It emphasizes on Soft-Touch control, constant tension control and control without toss tail. The idea had been applied successfully to some hot strip mill.
