摘  要:本文用光化学法激发大鼠局部脑血栓形成,以组织病理学、局部脑血流量(regionalcere-bralbloodflow,rCBF)、皮层水含量、三磷酸腺苷(adenosinetriphosphate,ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(adenosinediphosphate,ADP),一磷酸腺苷(adenosinemonophosphate,AMP)、能量负荷(energycharge,EC)、肌酸(creatine,Cr)及乳酸(lactate,LA)为指标,探讨局部脑血栓形成后5天rCBF明显增加的可能机理。结果表明,血栓形成后局部脑组织ATP水平进行性减少(P<0.01)、ADP/ATP及AMP/ATP比值明显升高(P均(0.01),LA及脑水含量显著增加(P<0.01)。这些因素既是能量衰竭、无氧酵解的结果,又是缺血后脑损伤的原因。脑血栓形成后5天rCBF增加的机理可能与局部乳酸和腺苷增多有关。Photochemically initiated regional thrombosis in rat brain hasbeen perfor-med. The histopathology, regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) , brain water content, ATP,ADP,AMP, energy charge (EC), creatine (Cr) and lactate(LA) in cortex were used asindexes, The possible mechanism of rCBF increasing which occured at 5 days following cere- bral thrombosis was discussed. The results showed that ATP level in the brain decreased progressively(P<0.01),ADP/ATP and AMP/ATP ratio increased markedly (P<0.01). Brain lactate and water content in the ischemic area increasedignificantly(P<0 .01).These facts were not only the results of energy failure and anaerobic glycolysis but wasalso the cause of post-ischemic brain damage. The mechanism of increased rCBF following cerebral thrombosis might be associated with increased adenosine and lactate content.
