摘  要:目的:以蜡样芽胞杆菌作为高效优势菌的代表株,探讨其处理橡胶工业含M盐有机废水的最佳实验条件。方法:测定细菌不同培养时间、不同浓度、不同作用时间、通气与增加碳源某条件下有机废水处理后的化学需氧量(COD)值,计算COD清除率,观察各种实验条件对M盐有机废水处理效果的影响。结果:细菌浓度以≥5%转种量,培养18h,COD清除率最佳;细菌培养过程中供氧和增加碳源均有利于COD清除率的提高;随着细菌处理(接触)有机废水时间延长,COD清除率明显升高,作用1天为46.9%,作用10天为80.6%。结论:为蜡样芽胞杆菌处理M盐有机废水的进一步扩大试验和实际应用奠定基础。Objective: To get the optimal conditions for decompounding the 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in the organic wastewater from rubber industry by using Bacillus cereus strains as representatives of high-efficiency predominant bacteria. Methods: The effects of decompounding 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in the organic wastewater were observed by detecting the changes of chemical oxygen demand (COD; before and after acting, conditions of the tested strains including cultural time and concentration, wastewater-interacting time as well as oxygen and carbon supply. Results: If the concentration of Bacillus cereus was higher than 5% transfer inoculation amount and 18 h-culturing time, the ratio of elimination for COD were the best. REC was significantly increased when bacteria culturing was being shaking and with active carbon or the time of interacting between bacteria and wastewater was prolonged. When interacting time was 1 d, REC was 46.9%. When interacting time was 10 d, REC was 80.6%. Conclusion: Bacillus cereus can be able to decompound 2-mercaptobenzothiazole in the organic wastewater, above results were the basis of the further researching and applying.
