摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管袖式成形肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的围手术期处理及并发症的预防。方法:回顾性总结2 7例中心型肺癌支气管袖式成形肺叶切除术的围手术期处理的临床经验。结果:2 7例患者经过精心治疗和护理均顺利渡过围手术期。结论:支气管袖式成形肺叶切除术较为复杂,并发症较多,只要处理得当,绝大多数患者可耐受手术并成功渡过围手术期。Objective:To study the perioperative management and prevention for complication after Lobectomy with bronchial sleeve resection and plasty in the Treatment of Center Lung Cancer.Methods:Clinical experience of 27 center Lung Cancer with perioperatively teatment was reviewed.Results:The group passed perioperative period successfully after elaborate treatment and nursing.Conclusions:Lobectomy with bronchial sleeve resection and platy is complicated with more complications Proper management can help patients to tolerate the operation and pass the perioperative period.
