摘　　要：　近年来,我国的高等教育超常规快速发展,高等学校在校生人数逐年大幅增长,使我国跨入了高等教育大众化阶段。与此同时,高校毕业生就业难问题愈来愈突出,成为加快高等教育发展进程中不可忽视的问题。作为培养人才的高等学校,理所当然要在促进和服务毕业生就业方面充分发挥主观能动性,其中很现实、很具体的就是要做好毕业生的就业推荐工作。本文从5个方面阐述了做好毕业生就业推荐工作的现实意义。The development of higher education in China has exceeded normal pace in recent years. The growing number of students year after year indicates that higher education in our country has entered the stage of popularity. Meanwhile, the employment difficulty for college graduates is standing out so distinctly that it has turned out to be a problem not to be ignored in the process of healthy development of higher education. As a base of cultivating talents with various abilities, colleges and universities ought to play a more active role in promoting and serving the college graduates in job-hunting. Recommendation for employment is a most practical and concrete task for us to fulfill. Therefore, this article expounds the issue in five aspects regarding its practical significance.
