摘  要:文章采用理论和实践相结合的方法,着力探讨在素质教育环境下,我国普通高校体育教师的智能结构状况,指出创新知识、专业技能和实践、动手能力是体育教师智能结构的主要组成元素。通过对这一结构的探讨和分析,为我国普通高校体育教师适应素质教育要求,不断创新与发展提供参考意见。This article discusses from different angles the intelligence structure of college P.E. teachers under the circumstances of quality-oriented education. The author considers that professional technique, the ability of bringing forth new ideas and putting theory into practice are the important elements in the intelligence structure of P.E. teachers. By means of discussing and analyzing this structure, the author in this article gives some proposals for college P.E. teachers in order that they can adapt to the demands of quality-oriented education and bring forth new ideas and keep on with the development continuously.
