TGF-β1和p27kipl在胰腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺癌、胰腺炎和正常胰腺组织中TGF-β1的表达及其与p27kipl的关系。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测TGF-β1和p27kipl在胰腺癌、急慢性胰腺炎及正常胰腺组织中的表达情况。结果胰腺癌、急慢性胰腺炎及正常胰腺组织中TGF-β1阳性率分别为69.05%、46.15%和16.67%;p27kipl的阳性率分别为45.24%、92.31%和50%;胰腺癌组织中TGF-β1和p27kipl无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1和p27kipl蛋白表达异常与胰腺癌的发生发展密切相关,p27kipl蛋白表达下降可作为胰腺癌恶性程度的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 and p27kipl in specimens of pancreatic carcinoma,pancreatitis and normal pancreatic tissue and the relationship between them.Methods SABC immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expression of TGF-β1 and p27kipl in specimens of pancreatic carcinoma,pancreatitis and normal pancreatic tissue.Results The positive rate of TGF-β1 was 69.05% in pancreatic carcinoma tissues,46.15% in pancreatitis tissues and 16.67% in normal pancreatic tissues.The positive rates of p27kipl protein in pancreatic carcinoma,pancreatitis and normal pancreatic tissues were 45.24%,92.31% and 50% repectively.There was no significant correlation between the expression of TGF-β1 and that of p27kipl in pancreatic cancer (P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of TGF-β1 and p27kipl may be correlated with occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.The absence of p27kipl expression could be a marker to investigate the malignant degree of pancreatic carcinoma.
