摘　　要：根据无线电监测设备编配的需要,提出通过综合利用模糊控制理论以及物元理论,对影响设备工作能力的各种因素综合考虑,建立系统设备各种能力的评估模型,并结合参数选择和安装地形选择决策,设计一种综合的设备编配模糊决策控制模型,可实现无线电监测系统实际编配的辅助决策功能。According to the need of optimization collocation on radio monitoring equipment, this paper brings forth integrative considering all factors effecting on the efficiency of radio monitoring system and creates evaluation model of all factors of radio monitoring system using fuzzy control theory and matter element theory, and designs a kind of integral control model of optimization collocation, combining with the decision of parameter and position choice, which can realize assistant decision function of radio monitoring system collocation.
