摘  要:为优化柑橘皮中水溶性黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,本文考察了几种树脂对水溶性黄酮的吸附性能。并以95%乙醇为洗脱剂进行了洗脱实验。结果表明:AB-8树脂对水溶性黄酮有很好的吸附性能,最大吸附量为30.2mg/g(水溶性黄酮/湿树脂);95%乙醇洗脱速度快,洗脱彻底,洗脱剂用量为2倍柱床体积(BV)。用该法提取的产品具有良好的水溶性,最大吸收波长为280nm,并且利用高效液相色谱对获得的提取物进行了分离测定。In order to optimize the extraction conditions of water-soluble flavones in orange peel, the adsorption abilities of some resins to water-soluble flavones in orange peel have been studied. Furthermore, the desorption conditions of the flavones have also been carried out using a 95% ethanol solution as a desorption reagent. The result indicates that the adsorption ability of AB-8 is the biggest among all resins and its maximum capacity is 30.2mg/g(water-soluble flavones/wet resin). The desorption of the flavones is fast and complete with 95% ethanol when the elution volume is 2 times of bed volume(BV). The flavones obtained by the proposed technique have a good solubility and dispersion in water, and maximum absorbance appears at 280 nm. In addition, the flavones were characterized by HPLC.
