摘　　要：目的分析和总结残胃癌的外科诊断与治疗。方法回顾分析了15例残胃癌的临床表现、治疗及预后。结果本组中9例(60.0%)施行根治性切除手术、3例施行姑息性手术、3例因肿瘤广泛转移而未行手术。施行姑息性手术者均在4个月内死亡、根治性手术者1年、3年、5年存活率分别为66.7%、41.7%和16.7%。结论根治性手术是治疗残胃癌的有效方法。Objective To analyze and sum up surgical diagnosis and treatment of gastric stump carcinoma. Methods 15 cases of gastric stump carcinoma were reviewed with regard to morbidity, clinical manifestation and outcomes. Results Among them, Radical dissection in 9 cases. palliative surgery was performed in 3 cases,3cases lost the chance of resection due to extensive dissemination.All those who underwent palliative surgery died within 4 months.The 1,3,5year survival rate in those who underwent radical dissection was 66.7%,41.7% and 16.7%.Conclusion Radical dissection is an effective therapeutic procedure for gastric stump cancer.
