摘　　要：　通过对虚拟企业生产计划的特点分析,揭示了虚拟企业协同生产计划的内涵,构建了由资源规划、项目粗规划和成员企业内详细生产计划三层组成的虚拟企业生产计划系统模型,并阐述了该模型各个层次的计划思想。该模型从功能、时间和能力上确保虚拟企业在订单规定的时间内交货,为实现虚拟企业生产计划的有效协同提供指导。Collaborative planning is an essential issue for VE achieving its objective of implementing the market opportunity in an efficient way with low costs. It can be realized by improving the agility of individual partners and promoting the cooperation among VE partners. In this paper, we study the issue of collaborative planning from perspectives of within and among the VE partners. After analyzing the characteristics and difficulties of VE, a three layered production planning system model which is composed of resources planning, rough project planning and detailed production planning is presented and fully described. It will be of great use to instruct VE achieving collaborative production planning.
