摘　　要：随着国际竞争的加剧和市场环境的多变 ,企业经营将不可避免地面临着各种各样的财务危机 ,财务预警体系的建立将有助于企业防范和化解财务危机。通过对财务预警基础理论的研究 ,探讨财务预警的程序和机制 ,将为企业财务预警系统的建立提供借鉴。With the aggravating of international rival and the change of the market surrounding,the enterprises'operation will meet all kinds of financial crises.Setting up financial prewarning system will be good for preventing these financial crises.By researching the basic theory of financial prewarning,this thesis discusses the procedure and mechanism of financial prewarning,in order to provide reference to the enterprises'financial prewarning system.
