摘 要:以苹果(Maluspumila)‘长富2’品种为试材,研究了不同时间套袋对果实外观品质和内在品质的影响。结果表明,套袋时间早,果皮中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量低,其中花后10d套袋,果皮中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量分别为34.8μg·g-1和7.4μg·g-1,且退绿彻底,果面干净,外观品质提高;可溶性固形物和含酸量较低,内在品质下降。套袋时间晚,果皮中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量高,其中花后80d套袋,果皮中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量分别为136.4μg·g-1和35.9μg·g-1,且退绿不彻底,底色黄绿,外观品质下降;可溶性固形物和含酸量较高,内在品质提高。在海拔950m渭北旱塬地区,花后40~50d是红富士苹果最佳的套袋时间。The effect of different bagging period on the inside and outside fruit quality of Nagafa 2 Red Fuji apple (Malus pumila) was investigated. The results showed that the earlier fruit bagging, the lower in chlorophyll and carotonoid contents,10 days after withering chlorophyll and carotonoid contents were 34.8 μg·g^(-1) and 7.4 μg·g^(-1) respectively, fruit green color completely disappeared, fruit surface was clean and beautiful, outside fruit quality was improved; soluble solids content and firmness were decreased, inside fruit quality was decreased. Bagging the fruit in late stage, chlorophyll and carotonoid contents were higher. 80 days after withering, chlorophyll and carotonoid contents were 136.4 μg·g^(-1)and 35.9 μg·g^(-1) respectively, fruit green incompletely disappeared, fruit was yellow and green on background, outside fruit quality was decreased, soluble solids and titratable acidity contents were increased, inside fruit quality was increased. The optimal bagging period is 40 to 50 days after full bloom in Weibai arid area with the altitude of 950 m.
