摘 要:利用循环伏安法研究了磨料颗粒对玻碳电极和铂电极电催化肾上腺素在0 .5mol/LH2 SO4介质中氧化过程的影响.结果表明,磨料颗粒使玻碳电极对肾上腺素的电氧化表现出较高的电催化活性,而对铂电极没有改善;对于SiC、Al2 O3 两种磨料,都是砂纸打磨最好,磨料粉打磨较差,粘附磨料粉最差;不论砂纸打磨、磨料粉打磨,还是粘附粉,都是SiC好于Al2 O3 ;随着砂纸的粗糙程度增大,电流强度增大,电位差基本不变;The effects of abrasive particles dispersed on glassy carbon (GC) or platinum electrodes for the electrochemical reaction of adrenaline were examined by cyclic voltammetry in 0.5 mol/L H_2SO_4 medium. The 2000~# grade SiC powder, 0.05 μm α_Al_2O_3 powder, and different grade SiC and Al_2O_3 abrasive paper were employed to carry out electrochemical tests. The results show that all GC electrodes treated by pressing on abrasive powder or polishing with the abrasive paper and powder exhibit good electrocatalytic activity, and the GC polished on SiC paper is best, but the electroactivity of the pretreatment platinum electrodes are poor. As the coarse degree of the abrasive paper increases, the peak current increases, and peak potential does not change basically. The electron transfer processes of adrenaline at the different pretreatment GC electrodes are all controlled by the diffused factors.
