摘　　要：就业教育主要有全程性、发展性、系统性和全员性特点。就业教育应该是从一年级就开始,并且贯穿整个大学学习全过程的教育;应该是旨在培养学生的全面素质和综合能力的发展性教育;应该是涵盖职业理想和道德教育、职业生涯指导、从业能力培养等方面内容在内的系统性教育;应该是主体全员参与的教育。The main characteristics of employment education are that it should be conducted throughout the college years, it is developmental, systematic and concerns each and every student. This kind of training should start from the beginning of the first year and continue during the whole process of learning; should be developmental in nature, aimed at the cultivation of the students' all-round quality and integrative abilities; should be systematic, covering ethic education, career guidelines, working abilities; and should involve the participation of all students.
