高校自然科学学报编辑系统中的平衡关系

摘　　要：高校自然科学学报编辑系统中诸因素之间呈现平衡与不平衡之间相互联系和相互转化的系统辩证关系 ,体现在学报社会效益与经济效益之间的关系、学报面向社会与局限于本校之间的关系、提高学报信息量与提高学报影响因子之间的关系、出版时滞与稿源之间的关系、编委会与编辑部之间的关系、追求核心期刊与学报栏目设置之间的关系等等诸方面 ,各种关系处于平衡状态与不平衡状态的动态变化之中。学报编辑要增强平衡意识 ,及时调控平衡关系 ,促使学报编辑系统保持平衡、稳定状态 。There exist some systematic dialectic relationships of the factors in the editing system of university science journals which present mutually contacting and mutually converting between balance and unbalance. These relationships can be shown between the social influence and the economic performance of the university science journals, between the increase of papers published in the journals and the improvement of impact factor, between the time delay of paper publishing and the number of contributions, between the editorial board and the editorial staff, between the chasing for becoming core journals and the setting up of journal columns etc. All of the above mentioned relationships are in the dynamic changes between the state of balance and the state of unbalance. The university journal editors should strengthen the balance consciousness, adjust and control the various relationships in time, make the journal editing system balanced and stable, and finally promote the sustainable development of the university journals.
