摘　　要：为了促进期刊社的发展 ,期刊社有必要建立科学实用的激励机制 ,以激发职工工作的积极性。期刊社激励机制建立的理论基础是马斯洛需要层次理论 ,即从人类 5种基本需要的满足来设计期刊社激励机制模式。In order to make the periodical press develop well, it is necessary to scientifically formulate the stimulation mechanism .The stimulation mechanism bases on the theory of need levels. How to meet the five fundamental needs of human being can encourage people to work hard.
