复方红曲制剂调节血脂作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方红曲制剂对实验动物调节血脂的作用。方法:将实验大鼠分成4组,在给予高脂饲料的同时,对照组给予蒸馏水,实验组给予高、中、低剂量的复方红曲制剂,连续28d。结果:高、中、低剂量组(1 000、333、167mg/kg)大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)水平明显低于高脂对照组,低剂量组大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)水平明显低于高脂对照组。高、中、低剂量组大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显高于高脂对照组。结论:复方红曲制剂具有调节血脂的作用。Objective:To study the effect of compound monascus preparation to regulate blood lipid.Methods:40 healthy male SD rats were randomized into 4 groups.Different feeds for each group were arranged as follow:the normal group was on normal diet (without compound monascus preparation).The high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group were treated with compound 1 000 mg/kg,333 mg/kg,167 mg/kg respectively.Then they were fed for 28 days.Results:The results showed that the effect of high,middle,low dose groups on decreasing the content of serum TG in rats was significant and on increase the content of serum HDL-C in rats was significant.The effect of low dose group on decrease the content of serum TC in rats was significant.Conclusion:Compound monascus preparation can regulate blood lipid.
