摘　　要：电力与天然气行业之间存在着极强的相似性和可比性。电力行业和天然气行业的生产运行特征相似,它们都是自然垄断产业。由于电力行业监管起步较早,天然气行业应借鉴电力改革过程中的经验教训,加快天然气行业监管的建立。There is much comparability between electric power sector and gas sector. In this paper the characteristics of production and monopoly of market on electric power sector and gas sector are analyzed. And studies on regulation of gas sector are carried out by consulting the regulatory experience for electric power.
