摘 要:高频线性调频雷达的距离量化步长通常为几公里,相对舰船目标尺度而言测距精度非常低.本文分析了目标的距离谱及目标的运动对其瞬时幅度的影响,提出了一种新的高精度目标瞬时距离估计方法.该方法首先确定目标的时频分布,然后通过相邻三个距离点上目标的瞬时幅度比拟合出目标的瞬时距离.计算机仿真实验和雷达实测信号处理结果表明该方法是有效的,它大大提高了高频雷达的目标测距精度.High frequency (HF) chirp radars usually have quantized range measurements with a quantization step of several kilometers, which offer too low an accuracy for ranging of targets such as ships and planes. We present theoretical analyses of the target range spectrum and the effects on the range spectral amplitude due to the target movements, based on which we propose a high-accuracy instantaneous range estimation algorithm in HF chirp radars. We firstly calculate the target's time-frequency distribution and then get the instantaneous range estimation by fitting to the instantaneous target amplitudes on the three adjacent range bins where the target spectrum are located. Both computer simulation and radar echo signal processing results show the validity of the proposed method. The method can greatly improve the accuracy of the range estimation in HF chirp radars.
