摘  要:[目的]了解鳖卵携带霍乱弧菌的情况,探讨其在病原菌特别是霍乱弧菌传播上的作用.[方法]对鳖卵内容物进行细菌的分离鉴定.[结果]从22枚样品卵中全数分离出细菌,卵内带菌率100%.共分离出73株细菌,其中已定种46株,分布于11个菌属15个生物种,另有27株菌尚未能定种.卵中以嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(6/22)和非O1/非O139群霍乱弧菌、弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌多见(各占4/22).有18枚卵带2~3种细菌,1枚带4种菌.根据每枚卵的带菌情况,可归纳为19种带菌模式.[结论]该批鳖卵存在卵内带菌现象,具有带菌率高、菌种类别分布广、多重带菌普遍和带菌谱复杂等特点,有的卵还携带有非O1/非O139群霍乱弧菌.To study terrapin eggs carrying bacteria and the role for cholera transmission. The bacteria from ova in the eggs were isolated and identified. Bacteria were isolated from all of 22 terrapin eggs. Totally 73 strains of bacteria were isolated from the eggs,among which 46 strains were identified and belonged to 11 genera and 15 bio-species. The bacteria isolated frequently from the eggs were Stenotrophomonas meltophilia(6/22), Vibrio Cholera none-O1 and none-O139 (4/22), Citrobacter freundii (4/22). 2 to 3 bio-species of bacteria were isolated from each egg in 18 eggs. 4 bio-species of bacteria were isolated from 1 egg. There were 19 bacteria carrying patterns according to bacteria carrying in each egg. The bacteria carrying are found from ova in the sampling terrapin eggs and characterized by high carrying rate, wide distribution, complex patterns and many bio-species. Vibrio Cholera none-O1 and none-O139 carrying are isolated in some eggs.
