摘 要:目的:应用纵行神经束内微电极对周围神经感觉信号进行采集分析.方法:应用直径25um的Teflon绝缘铂铱合金丝制作双极纵行神经束内微电极,植入6只家猫的踝上腓浅神经内,记录足背皮肤平静以及搔刮和压力刺激下的感觉动作电位,应用MFLab3.01软件包对动作电位的面积、频率、峰值变异系数及功能谱密度进行分析.结果:安静状态下,皮肤可间断无规律地发放神经冲动0~2个/s;搔刮刺激时,神经冲动发放增加,16~24个/s,脉冲间隔较规律,波幅一致;压力性刺激时,神经冲动叠加成串,爆发性释放,80~104个/s,波形波幅差异较大.动作电位的面积、频率及峰值变异系数的统计学分析,表明不同刺激状态下感觉动作电位的幅度、频率和发放模式间均存在差异.功能谱分析发现压力性刺激下,神经动作电位的高频成份增加.结论:自制的神经束内微电极可以敏感地记录到不同刺激形式时感觉信号发放的变化,为我们采集分析感觉信息提供良好的界面,用于电子假肢的反馈控制.Objective: To collect and analyze the sensory singnals in the peripheral nerve by longitudinal intrafascicular electrodes (L IFEs).Methods: The longitudinal intrafascicular electrodes were made of 25um Teflon-insulated Pt-Ir wire and threaded into the fascicle of the superficial peroneal nerves of six cats.The sensory signals under peaceful state or stimulating state were recorded.Then the action potential Area,frequency,coefficient of variation(CV)of peak and functional spectrum were handled by MFLab3.01 software package.Results: The sensory nerve action potentials (SNAPs)were 0-2 spikes per second at the peaceful state,the counts increased when stimulations were administered.The SNAPs were 16-24 spikes per second when scraping stimulation were applied.The pulse intervals and the waveform were almost coincident.The SNAPs bursted out by train when stress stimulation was given.The waveform and the wave amplitude were so different.The area,frequency and CV of peak were compared.It suggested that there were statistically significant differences under different states.The functional spectrum analysis showed that high frequency component increased when the stress stimulation were applied.Conclusion:The self-made LIFEs can record the sensory signals sensitively and provide a good interface to collect sensory information from peripheral fasciculi.The information can be used in the control of electronic prostheses.
