下唇部点状血管瘤的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨下唇部点状血管瘤的诊治方法和疗效。方法:分析近6年诊治的18例患者,分别采用手术切除、硬化剂注射以及冷冻治疗,随访其疗效。结果:11例采用手术切除加V Y推进皮瓣修复者,外形和疗效满意;4 例手术切除直接缝合者,其中2例有猫耳畸形需二期修整;2例硬化剂注射者,其中1例复发而再次手术后疗效满意;1 例冷冻治疗者局部复发且伴有轻微瘢痕,予手术切除加改形治疗后疗效佳。结论:采用手术切除加V Y推进瓣治疗下唇部点状血管瘤是一种简单易行、疗效良好的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the lower-lip spotted hemangioma. Methods: 18 cases of lower-lip spotled hemangioma treated with resection,sclerosant injection or freecing in recent 6 years were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 11 patients who received excision with V-Y advanced flap to repair got satisfied results. 4 patients who excised the angioma with primary suture, 2 patients resulted in dog-ear deformity which need be repaired at the second stage. one of the two patients who injected the sclerosant recurred and underwent the surgery. One patient who underwent freezing recurred, with local slight scar, followed by surgery. Conclusion:The treatment of the lower-lip hemangioma by excison with V-Y advanced flap to repair was a simple and effective method.
