摘　　要：新时期高校实验室建设与管理存在诸多问题,应采取理顺管理体制、增加资金投入、加强队伍建设、健全规章制度、实行对外开放、加强校际协作等改进措施。It has many problems in college laboratory construction and management in new period and we should sort out the management system, increasing the funds devotion, enhancing the troops developments, rein- forcing intercollegiate help and other improvement measures.
