滑销式无级变速传动链的设计

摘　　要：滑销式无级变速传动链是在传统的滑片式无级变速传动链与带式无级变速传动基础上,结合二者优点,克服其缺点而提出的一种新型传动链。通过对滑销链式无级变速传动的系统分析,论证了滑销链在无级变速传动中具有传递较大功率、获得连续变化的速度、高效率、低磨损。A sliding key chains of continuously variable transmission was put forward based on the traditional sliding vane chains of CVT (continuously variable transmission) and the belt of CVT, and the sliding key chains improved a lot, and have the advantages of the traditional ones, so it is a new chains of CVT. This paper proved that the sliding key chains has the characteristics of transmission with big power, getting continuously speed, running at high efficiency, low abrasion through the systematic analysis of the CVT system, so it has the function of high-speed and heavy-load. The sliding key chains will be widely applied in the fields of textile, printing, mine and automobile in the near future.
