摘　　要：我国正处在社会主义初级阶段,这是我党制定正确的路线、方针、政策的基本依据和出发点。那么如何理解社会主义初级阶段理论的涵义,我们不能满足于已有的认识而止步不前,而应随着实践的深入而不断丰富和发展。在当前形势下,全新理解和深刻把握社会主义初级阶段理论,对于全面建设小康社会,加快推进有中国特色社会主义现代化建设事业具有重大的意义。China is now still at the primary stage of socialism. This fact is the gist and starting point of policy-making of the Party. How to understand the meaning of the theory of primary stage socialism? We should not be content with the present situation, but continually enrich the theory. At present, a creative and profund understanding of this theory has a great significance for the construction of socialism with a Chinese character.
