摘  要:以装有平衡悬挂系统和全悬浮驾驶室的三轴载重汽车为研究对象,建立汽车多自由度振动系统模型.为了便于采用实模态叠加法进行随机振动分析及优化设计,提出一种阻尼矩阵的等效方法,采用模态阻尼比将系统的实际阻尼矩阵化为对角矩阵,在此基础上导出系统的响应功率谱密度矩阵.最后,用路面平度功率谱密度函数构造车轮处输入位移功率谱密度矩阵,对汽车进行随机振动分析.通过参数研究,指出了该型车平顺性差的原因,提出了改进其平顺性的建议.This paper established a multi-degree vibration system model for a three-axis truck equipped with the equilibratory suspension system and the fully suspended cab. In order to employ the real mode superposition technique to perform the random vibration analysis and optimization, an equivalent method for the damping matrix was proposed, with which the original damping matrix was transformed to a diagonal matrix including the modal damping ratios. Based on this, the response power spectral density matrix of the system was derived,and the power spectral density function for describing the road surface irregularity was used to constitute the displacement input power spectral density matrix at wheels,which was used for the random vibration analysis. Parametric studies revealed the causes of poor ride quality of this truck, and some suggestions for improving the riding quality were put forward.
