摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展,成人高等教育呈多形式、多元化的发展趋势。本文从培养目标、教学内容和管理模式三个方面予以分析并提出相应对策。With the development of our economy,the Adult Higher Education presents a developing tendency of multi-forms,multi-directions.The article analyzes and proposes the countermeasures from three aspects--cultivating objective,teaching content and management pattern.
