摘　　要：目的　探讨β-地贫患者与壮族人群补体受体Ⅰ型(CR1)的含量变化。方法　采用酵母菌花环试验法,对4 6例β- 地贫患者红细胞补体受体Ⅰ型(ECR1)进行数量测定,同时测定血清免疫球蛋白等,并作正常对照组比较。结果　β地贫组ECR1数量比对照组明显低下(P <0 .0 1 ) ,体液免疫指标和血常规均有不同的差异。结论　β- 地贫患者免疫粘附功能及体液免疫功能均比正常人低。Objective Study the β-The mediterranean sea anaemia to get regair with Zhuang nationality clansmen cluster to suffer the RBC C3b receptor(ECR_1) of coutain to measure the variety. Methods Adoption yeast fungus the garland experiment the method, to 46 example the β-The mediterranean sea anaemia get the RBC repair to suffer the C3b receptor the quantity measurement, and measurese the immunity globulin the etc; same time, and combine to make the mormal matched control comparison. Results the β-The mediterranean sea anaemia set ECR_1 the quantity is more obvionsly lowly than matched control( P <0.01) liquid immunityinty index sign all contain different difference. Conclusion the β-The mediterranean sea anaemia get the immunity glue to attach the function and liquid immunity the function all lower then normal person.
