MPV和PDW在3种ANLL诊疗中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW )在(M2 、M3、M5 ) 3种ANLL疾病诊疗中的临床意义。方法　采用SysmexNE 1 50 0全自动血细胞分析仪对(M2 、M3、M5 ) 3种ANLL病人的MPV和PDW进行测定。并以1 2 8例健康人的MPV和PDW的结果作正常对照。结果　疾病组与对照组的MPV和PDW的结果有显著性差异,MPV(P <0 . 0 5)、PDW (P <0. 0 1 )。结论　MPV和PDW在(M2 、M3、M5 ) 3种ANLL疾病的治疗过程监测和预后效果追踪都有着重要的临床意义。Objective To explore mean platelet volume(MPV) and platelet volume distribution Width(PDW)'s clinical significance on three kinds ANLL's diagnosis and treat. Methods The values of three kinds ANLL(M_2, M_3, M_5) patients' MPV and PDW were measured with fully automated hematologic analyzer NE-1500. And compared with the MPV and PDW of the normal control group of 128 objects. Results The MPV( P <0.05) and PDW( P <0.01) of the disease groups are both obviously deviant compared with the normal control group. Conclusion MPV and PDW are very important parameters for observing the treatments course and prognosis tracing of that three kinds ANLL(M_2, M_3, M_5).
