摘　　要：Ｋａｐｐａ－硒化卡拉胶是一种新型的有机硒化合物，对其进行亚慢性毒性研究。结果发现血清硒的浓度随Ｋａｋｐｐａ－硒化卡拉胶的摄入量增加而增加；４２０ｐｐｍ浓度可以影响大鼠的生长并诱发肝硬化。The Kappa-selenocarrageenan is a new type of orgnic selenium compound. The wistar rats divided into 5 groups were fed of diets with O. 5, 25. 125.and 420 ppm of the Kappa-selenocarrageenan respectively for 12 weeks. The results showed that the serum selenium levels in the test groups were significantly higher than that in the controt group. High dosage may have effected The body weight and may induce hepotocirrhosis .
