摘 要:为掌握ClO2杀菌机制,我们进行了ClO2对大肠杆菌超微结构及屏障功能影响的研究。试验表明.ClO2使大肠杆菌胞壁肿胀、疏松、外形不平,胞壁与胞膜间隙增宽,最终出现胞浆电子密度降低;而对DNA外漏表示的屏障功能破坏不明显。This study was conducted to examine the effects of chlorine dioxide on the ultrastructure and cell permeability of Escherichia coli in order to elucidate the bactericidal mechanism of chlorine dioxide. Apparent structure changes were not observed under scanning electron microscope. But the loosened and uneven cell wall I the widened space between cell wall and membrance was found under transmission eletron microscope radioactivity assay of H-TdR-DNA showed that the leakage of DNA of E. colt exposed to clo2 was not obvious after a great many of cells had been killed except the cells were exposed to 2mg/L clo2 for 120s or 4mg/L for 60s. Clearly the leakage of DNA was not necessary or important to the inactivity of E.coli. But the changes of ultrastructure maybe one of the causes of E. coli death induced by chlorine dioxide.
