摘　　要：目的探讨mdm2蛋白和p53蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intra epithelialneo plasia,CIN)和宫颈鳞癌、腺癌发病中的作用及两者表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化S P法检测143份宫颈石蜡标本中mdm2蛋白和p53蛋白的表达。结果1、与慢性宫颈炎相比,mdm2蛋白及p53蛋白在宫颈腺癌及鳞癌中的表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05);2、在57 例p53 蛋白阴性染色中,mdm2蛋白阳性染色达51例(占89.47%),其列联系数r=-0.75。结论mdm2 蛋白的表达与p53 蛋白的积聚呈负相关;mdm2蛋白与p53 蛋白参与了宫颈癌前病变和浸润癌的发病;mdm2 蛋白和p53 蛋白联合检测可能对宫颈癌的诊断和预后评估有价值。Objective To investigate the expression and corr elation of mdm2 protein and p53 protein in intraepithelial neoplasia of cervix(C IN), Squamous carcinoma and adenoma carcinoma of cervix. Methods Immunohistochemistry method(Streptavidin-biotion method, S-P) was used to detect the expression of mdm2 protein and p53 protein on 143 cases of cervical paraffin specimens. Results 1. Compared with chronic cervicitis, the expressi on of mdm2 protein and p53 protein in squamous carcinoma and adenoma carcinoma o f cervix were higher (P<0.05); 2. 51 cases of positive expression of mdm2 p rotein were detected in 57 cases which p53 protein had negative expression, the correlated coefficient was r=-0.75. Conclusion 1. The expression of mdm2 protein and p53 prot ein presented an inverse correlation; 2. Mdm2 and p53 protein may play an import ant role in tumorgenesis and development of cervical neoplasms; 3. Mdm2 and p53 protein may be useful to early diagnosis and predict the prognosis of cervical neoplasms.
