荷瘤对机体细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：以Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６鼠自发产生的黑色素瘤Ｂ１６细胞后，将其荷瘤到Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６鼠上，制成动物模型，对荷瘤机体的细胞免疫功能（鼠脾ＮＫ细胞活性、鼠脾细胞ＩＬ—２产生能力及鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力）进行动态监测。结果表明：荷瘤机体的细胞免疫功能３项指标荷瘤后均呈下降趋势，并随荷瘤时间延长，下降趋势愈加明显；相关性检验结果为３项指标相互之间均具有显著相关性（均Ｐ＜０．０１）。By using the mouse C57BL/6 which carried the melanocytoma B16 cells, the dynamic cellular immune function (NK activity of spleen cells, IL-2 producing ability of spleen cells and phago-cytatic function of abdominal phagocytes)were studied. The results show that the decrease tendency of cellular immune function with the time antagonized. And the NK activity, IL-2 producing ability and phagocytotic ability of abdominal phagocytes are highly related in different period (P <0. 01).
