摘　　要：加入世界贸易组织以后,面对已经存在并已越来越激烈的市场竞争,各类经济主体对金融创新提出了更高要求。因此,大力发展金融创新,是市场经济的内在要求和金融业发展的当务之急,本文拟通过对金融创新的成因、利弊分析,来应对外资银行的挑战。After entering the WTO, facing the marketing competition which has existed and become more and more fierce, all kinds of economic parties raise higher requirements about the financial innovation. Therefore, to develope the financial innovation is the inner requirement and the most important part in developing fiance. The article aims to deal with the foreign banks through the analysis of the cause and the advantages and disadvantages of the financial innovation, so as to increase the ability of competition of our country's commercial banks.
