喉风散加金因肽防治放射性口腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双料喉风散加金因肽喷剂预防和治疗鼻咽癌患者急性放射性口腔炎的作用。方法:125例鼻咽癌患者,其中37例在放疗开始时预防性用药为预防组,51例在出现放射性口腔炎时开始治疗性用药为治疗组,37例采用常规处理为对照组。结果:放疗剂量在DT20Gy时预防组、治疗组和对照组放射性口腔炎的发生率分别是29.7%、70.6%和78.4%,P<0.05;预防组和治疗组的Ⅲ、Ⅳ级放射性口腔炎的发生率均低于对照组。预防组和治疗组的放射性口腔炎平均治愈时间也较对照组短。结论:双料喉风散加金因肽喷剂预防用药可推迟放射性口腔炎的发生,预防用药和治疗用药均可降低Ⅲ、Ⅳ级放射性口腔炎的发生率,并可促进放射性口腔炎的愈合,缩短治疗时间。Abjective To evaluate the effect of Houfeng San plus Gene Time in the prevention and treatment of acute radioreaction in oral cavity.Methods From Aug.2002 to Sept.2004,125 patients with masopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy were randomized 3 groups:37 patients in the prevention group were treated with Houfeng San plus Gene Time in beginning of radiotherapy;51 patients in the treatment group were treated with Houfeng San plus Gene Time in I grade of acute radioreaction in oral cavity;37 patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods.Results The rate of acute radioreaction in oral cavity at D_T20GY was29.7%,70.6% and 78.4% respectively,in the prevention group,treatment group and control group,P<0.05.The rate of acute radioreaction in oral cavity of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ in the prevention group,and treatment group were lower than control group.The time of healing of acute radioreaction in oral cavity was shorter in the prevention group,and treatment group than control group.Conclusion Prophlactic application of Houfeng San plus Gene Time is able to postpone the development of acute radioreaction in oral cavity.This preparation is also able to lower the incidence of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ of acute radioreaction in oral cavity both by therapeutic and prophylative application in addition to the hastend healing of it.
