摘　　要：通过对美国历年来获得诺贝尔医学奖项目和获奖者的分析,发现美国有获奖者多、原创性成果多、基础前沿研究成果多、出自一流科研机构的获奖者多的“四多”现状。The Nobel Prize are the world's most famous and important honour for scientific work. Experience confirms, the Nobel Prizes is conducive to be development of science and can be produced great results.To make a study and analysis of the winners and projects of the Nobel Prize of Medicine in USA, and has found out that most winning project are productions of creative achievements and basic researches, and the winners mostly are from the first class University. American happily obtains reap a bumper harvest nearly year by year. The history and phenomenon of winners and projects of the Nobel Prize in USA, that give us many philosophic thinking.
