摘 要:以幼体褐牙鲆(Paralichthysolivaceus)为研究对象。Cu2+浓度梯度设置为0 10mg/L、0 20mg/L、0 50mg/L和1 00mg/L;Zn2+浓度梯度为1 00mg/L、2 00mg/L、5 00mg/L和10 00mg/L。实验周期为20d。结果表明,在6d内Cu2+(除1mg/L处理组外)、Zn2+各处理组褐牙鲆鳃丝Na+ K+ ATPase活力随取样时间变化显著(P<0 05),且呈峰值变化,在24h时达到最大值,然后缓慢下降;6~15d,各处理组酶活力趋于稳定;而1mg/LCu2+处理组在12h时酶活力达到最大值,3~15d酶活力趋于稳定。2种重金属离子各处理组对鳃丝Na+ K+ ATPase活力的影响在同一取样时间差异显著(P<0 05),其影响程度与重金属离子浓度呈负相关,且1mg/LCu2+和10mg/LZn2+处理组在6~15d酶活力与对照组差异不显著(P>0 05)。同时2种重金属离子在1~15d内对褐牙鲆鳃丝Na+ K+ ATPase活力的诱导率表现为Zn2+(1mg/L)>Cu2+(1mg/L)。The juvenile Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus were used with body weight (11.90±3.38)g and total length (10.98±0.85)cm.The experiment ws conducted after 20 days domestication of the fish.The results indicated that the effects of Cu^(2+)(0.1mg/L,0.2mg/L,0.5mg/L,1mg/L) and Zn^(2+)(1mg/L,2mg/L,5mg/L,(10mg/L))on Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity were significant (P<0.05)during the first 6d,and the change curve of the Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity had a marked peak on 24th hour.The Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity in each group except (1 mg/L) Cu^(2+) group reached the maximum at the 24th hour,then decreased gradually,and became stable from the 6th day to the 15th day.While the Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity of (1 mg/L) Cu^(2+) group reached the maximum on the 12th hour,and became stable from 3rd day to 15th day.At the same time the Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity in each group of the two kinds of metal ions were significantly different (P<0.05),and had negative relationships with their concentrations.From 6th day to 15th day the 1mg/L Cu^(2+) group and the 10mg/L Zn^(2+) group had an indistinctive differentiation with the control group.Meanwhile,the inductive ratio of the two heavy metal ions on Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity were Zn^(2+)(1mg/L)>Cu^(2+)(1mg/L) from the first day to the 15th day.
