摘　　要：目的:解除臀肌挛缩,改善双下肢功能。方法:手术治疗,并提出相应的预防措施。结果:有效率达98.5%。结论:认为反复的臀肌注射史是臀肌挛缩症的主要成因。Objective To treat gluteal muscles contracture and promote the function of lower limbs. Methods To perform operations. Results The cure rate was 98.5%. Conclusion It is believed that repeated gluteal intramascular injection is the main cause of gluteal muscles contracture and proper prevention measures were put forward in this paper.
