摘　　要：稻盛和夫以其经营哲学创建了两个世界 5 0 0强企业 ,成功之因在于他的辩证人生观。他坚持用事物相互依存、相反相成的原理经营和管理企业。当命运多舛时 ,立志图强 ,奋发进取 ;当身处逆境时 ,自信乐观、磨砺意志 ;当市场竞争时 ,维系和谐 ,利他经营 ;当功成名就时 ,追求卓越 ,自省自律。这就是他的“人生方程式”Inemori Kazuo established two enterprises which are among the world's 500top enterprises.The great success of Inemori Kazuo lies in his dialectical outlook on life.He manages his enterprises by adhering to the principle that things are interdependent and things oppose each other and yet also complement each other.When suffering setbacks,he keeps forging ahead and works hard for the prosperity of the enterprises.When in adverse circumstances,he is optimistic and strong-willed.When market competition becomes intense,he remains harmonious relations with competive opponents.When crowned with success,he seeks more remarkable achievements and examines and restrains himself.All these form Inemori Kazuo's “life equation”.
