摘　　要：当前,世界范围内正掀起数字图书馆建设高潮。与此同时,网络文化竞争也愈发激烈,数字图书馆建设将在网络文化竞争中发挥极其重要的作用。Digital library has become a very important symbol of national information level. Digitalization of information has met its golden time, and competition of Cyber-culture comes together. Digital library would play an important role in the competition of Cyber-culture.
