摘 要:在室内和田间测定了6种杀虫剂对绣线菊蚜及其天敌种群的选择性。结果表明,6种杀虫剂对绣线菊蚜的致死中浓度(LC50)按以下次序增大:啶虫脒、吡虫啉、杀灭菊酯、抗蚜威、赛丹、氧化乐果;对天敌瓢虫的致死中浓度(LC50)按以下次序增大:杀灭菊酯、氧化乐果、啶虫脒、吡虫啉、赛丹、抗蚜威。啶虫脒和吡虫啉对绣线菊蚜的选择性最高,对捕食性天敌杀伤率小,对绣线菊蚜防治效果好;其次是抗蚜威对天敌和绣线菊蚜的选择性较高;另外,赛丹对天敌和绣线菊蚜也具有一定的选择性;氧化乐果和杀灭菊酯对天敌不具选择保护作用。Sensitivity and selectivity of 6 kinds of pesticides to Aphis citricola Van der Goot and their natural enemies were determined indoor and in the field. The results showed that the lethal concentration increasing sequence of 6 kinds of pesticides to Aphis citricola was as follows: acetaiprid, imidacloprid, fenvalerate, pirimicarb, thiodan, omethoate; the sequence to their enemy ladybirds were: fenvalerate, omethoate, acetaiprid, imidacloprid, thiodan, pirimicarb. Both acetaiprid and imidacloprid had the highest selectivity to Aphis citricola, but the lowest killing rate to their enemies, so these two kinds of pesticides had good effect to prevent and control Aphis citricola; the selectivity of pirimicarb was secondary high; the thiodan had certain selectivity to Aphis citricola and their enemies; omethoate and fenvalerate had no selective protection to natural enemies.
