摘　　要：恪守诚信的企业伦理是企业生存和发展的根本,是给企业带来经济和社会效益的关键。笔者认为,实现企业诚信的路径是强化理念,建立个体的诚信意识,建立监督惩罚体系和建设全社会的诚信文化,并组成一个有机整体。Nowadays the problem of the enterprise credit is being widely concerned in our society. The building of enterprise credit requires reforcing idea, establishing supervising system and cultivating the credit culture throughout the society. The enterprise credit can bring about both economic and social benefits. The theoretical thinking evoked by the enterprise credit is that the political superstructure should serve the economic base and the government of credit should serve the enterprise and society. The advanced culture should be strengthened and be popularized by public opinion and system.
