壳牌效应与惠州文化可持续发展的几个问题

摘　　要：中海壳牌落户惠州,不仅是惠州了解认识世界的窗口,同时还是惠州直接参与世界经济一体化进程的桥梁。中海壳牌效应引发了惠州经济和文化方式的改造,惠州文化的区域性、地方性及多元性、开放性、包容性会随着壳牌在惠州的发展得到更好的体现,对整合中海壳牌及惠州文化的可持续性发展提出现代方案。The launching of the CNOOC-shell petrochemicals project not only provides a window for Huizhou to gain a deeper understanding of the world,but also a bridge linking Huizhou directly to the integration process of the world economy.Its impacts trigger the reforming of Huizhou economy and the wags of culfure,which will be better improved in the aspect of the regionalism,diversity,openness and tolerance of the local Huizhou culture as the project keeps on having the impacts.Thus,the writer proposes a modern program for consoldating CNOOC-shell petrochemicals and for the sustainable development of Huizhou culture.
