摘　　要：影像学技术能够在术前为手术医师提供越来越多的信息,在垂体腺瘤的手术治疗中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文从垂体腺瘤的影像学检查、诊断与鉴别诊断及手术入路的选择等几方面进行综述,并特别分析经鼻蝶窦入路相关的影像解剖学。The imaging techniques can provide more and more useful information of pituitary adenomas to the neurosurgeons before operation, which is very important to the surgical treatments. The main imaging techniques, imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the pituitary adenomas and the selection of surgical routines were reviewed. The imaging anatomy of transnosal transsphenoidal routines was analyzed in particularly.
