摘 要:目的 观察不同电荷性质氨基酸对清醒兔血压及其心血管系统一氧化氮合成反应的影响。方法 L 脯氨酸、L 丝氨酸、L 丙氨酸、L 甘氨酸、L 精氨酸、L 赖氨酸的生理盐水溶液,以及L 精氨酸与L 脯氨酸混合物的生理盐水溶液,L 赖氨酸与L 脯氨酸混合物的生理盐水溶液,通过颈内静脉插管注入处于清醒状态的实验兔体内,颈总动脉插管观察血压的变化;测定氨基酸注入前后血清中的亚硝酸盐水平。结果 ①L 脯氨酸、L 丝氨酸、L 丙氨酸和L 甘氨酸具有升压效应,L 精氨酸和L 赖氨酸具有降压效应,L 精氨酸或L 赖氨酸与L 脯氨酸在血压调节上存在相互拮抗的作用。②L 脯氨酸、L 丝氨酸和L 丙氨酸注入引起血清亚硝酸盐测定值下降,L 甘氨酸注入对血清亚硝酸盐测定值没有影响;L 精氨酸和L 赖氨酸注入引起血清亚硝酸盐测定值的升高;L 精氨酸或L 赖氨酸与L 脯氨酸同时注入亦引起血清亚硝酸盐测定值的升高。结论 机体内存在某种电荷依赖性的血压调节机制。Objective To study the effect of amino acids with different electrical charge on blood pressure and vascular nitric oxide synthesis in conscious rabbits. Methods L-proline,L-serine, L-alanine,L-glycine,L-arginine,L-lysine,mixture of L-arginine and L- proline,mixture of L_lysine and L-proline were dissolved in isotonic saline and injected respectively by polyethylene cannulas placed in the internal jugular vein of the conscious rabbit,a polyethylene catheter was inserted into the right carotid artery for blood pressure monitoring.Serum nitrite concentration before and after the administration were also investigated.Results ① L-proline,L-serine,L-alanine and L-glycine were potent hypertensive agents,L-arginine and L-lysine were potent hypotensive agents in conscious rabbits.Antagonism between L-arginine/L-lysine and L-proline in blood pressure regulation was also observed in our studies. ② Nitrite concentration in serum was found to increase with the hypotension of the electrical-positive amino acids and to decrease with the hypertension of the electrical-negative amino acids except that of L-glycine; administration of mixture of L-arginine/L-lysine and L-proline also caused a decrement in serum nitrite concentration. Conclusion Our findings suggest that an unidentified mechanism depending on the electrical charge may be involved in the regulation of blood pressure by its promotion or inhibition on the vascular nitric oxide synthesis to a certain extent.
