摘　　要：目的　检测细胞黏附分子CD 44V 6、PCNA在食管癌组织及食管正常黏膜中的表达,探讨CD 44V 6在食管癌侵袭转移中的作用。方法　应用流式细胞免疫荧光技术,分别检测CD44V 6、PCNA在食管癌及食管正常黏膜中的表达,分析其表达的临床意义。结果　CD44V 6在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率(72 .0 % )高于食管正常黏膜的阳性表达率(2 0 .0 % ) ,有显著性差异。CD 44V 6蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别、病变部位、病变长度,大体病理类型及细胞分化程度无明显关系,但与癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移具有相关性。PCNA蛋白的表达与食管癌分化程度,浸润深度有关,但与食管癌患者淋巴结转移无相关关系。结论　CD 44V 6、PCNA与食管癌的侵袭转移相关。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of the cell adhesion molecule CD44 Variant isofroms 6(CD44V6) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in esophageal Carcinoma.Methods The expression of CD44V6 and PCNA proteins in 50 case of human esophageal carcinoma and 50 case of normal mucosa,were examined by Flocyto-metry technique.The association between CD44V6?PCNA and clinical features was analyzed.Results The expression of CD44V6 protein in primary tumor tissue was significantly higher than in normal esophage mucosa.The expression of CD44V6 protein in tumor tissue showed no marked relationship with the clinicopathological factors including age,sex,tumor site,size,tumor length,pathological type and differentiation,but showed a relationship with the depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis.The expression of PCNA in tumor tissue was related with the differentiation and the depth of infiltration.No relationship was found between the expression of PCNA and the lymph node metastasis.Conclusion CD44V6?PCNA may be specific biological marker for the diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma and for the determination of infiltration and metastasis.Further research is required for the clinical application of CD44V6?PCNA in esophageal carcinoma.
