摘　　要：survivin是IAP家族成员之一,分布于有丝分裂元件,具有调控细胞有丝分裂和抑制细胞凋亡的功能。survivin在大多数正常组织中未被检测,但在肿瘤组织中过量表达。survivin作为癌症治疗的一个重要靶点,针对survivin的多种分子拮抗剂的研究已经取得了一定成果。Survivin is a member of the IAP family, which has been shown to localize to various components of the mitotic apparatus. Survivin is not only an apoptosis inhibitor, but a mitotic regulator as well. Survivin is Absolutely undetectable in normal tissues, but over-expressed in all the most common human cancers. Survivin is considered as an important target in cancer treatment, and the research on its molecular antagonists has gained encouraging achievements.
