摘　　要：从保护环境角度出发,通过分析淀粉(变性淀粉)、PVA和丙烯酸类三大类浆料的性质及纯棉纱、涤棉混纺纱的上浆要求,比较了几种环保浆料的上浆性能指标,介绍了几种环保浆料在纯棉纱和涤棉混纺纱上浆中取代PVA的应用情况。指出:开发高性能的环保浆料十分必要,目前环保浆料国产化程度低,进口浆料价格高,制约了环保浆料的应用。就现有生产水平而言,立足变性淀粉和丙烯酸类浆料,研究高效的添加剂取代PVA上浆不失为一种有效途径。For protecting environment, sizing performance parameters of several environment protection sizing agents are compared through analyzing property of three kinds of sizing agents which are starch(modified starch),PVA & acrylic acid sizing agent and sizing demand of cotton yarn & polyester cotton blending yarn. Several environment protection sizing agents applied in cotton yarn and polyester cotton blending yarn instead of PVA are introduced, and the practice shows that it is necessary to develop high performance environment protection sizing agent. For localization of manufacturing of environment protection sizing agent is low and export products price is high, application of environment sizing agent is confined. On the base of modified starch and acrylic acid sizing agent, researching on high effective addition agent instead of PVA is a effective measure.
