摘　　要：在布什第一任期,美国国内对外交政策争论激烈。一方面,辩论双方的一些共同点是有利于布什政策的。另一方面,布什新任期的表现也在注意政策调整以减少批评,特别是争取国际合作。因此,布什目前的政策比较符合美国公众的期待。During the first term of President Bush, U.S. foreign policy was debated widely. Some positions shared by the American public favor Bush's foreign policy.The Bush administration is making certain adjustments in its second term, particularly appealing for international cooperation, in order to reduce criticism.
